I specialize in helping women who are the “mom” of the
friend group, the “overachievers,” “perfectionists,” and the “people-pleasers.”
Those who give endlessly to others but struggle to receive care themselves.
Many of my clients have been impacted by toxic relationships, narcissistic
abuse, or domestic violence. In our work together, you’ll have a space where
you’re seen, heard, and supported, without having to perform or prove your
worth.
Understanding Your Story
In our time together, we take a gentle look at the deeper patterns that shape how you feel and relate to the world.
Our inner world is shaped not only by what we’re aware of, but also by experiences that lie beneath the surface. Even when these experiences feel distant or forgotten, they continue to influence how we feel, relate, and understand ourselves. That is why I often imagine the mind as a quiet library, where familiar thoughts sit on the front shelves and older, forgotten stories live deeper inside.
Therapy becomes a safe place to explore that library with care. Together, we slowly open the books that shaped you, understand the stories they hold, and create space for healing, clarity, and new beginnings.

Many of the people I work with carry wounds from relationships that were meant to feel safe. These experiences can leave you feeling guarded, unsure of your worth, or afraid of being judged or left behind. In our work together, we gently explore where these feelings began. Through a psychodynamic approach, we look at the patterns and past experiences that shaped your sense of self, so you can understand your story with clarity, compassion, and a feeling of being truly seen.
